This study used perceived management support, readiness for change, and psychological capital scales. The sample was selected purposively based on the same criteria, namely: permanent workers from the restructured units at the company. Data were collected from 198 employees from various departments at PT. This study examined the role of psychological capital in the relationship of perceived management support and readiness for change.
